Getting in Oklahoma was a challenge with all the bad weather. Our flight ended up being 3 hours late. It was a interesting trip. Once we got there we hit the floor flying with preparing for Christmas!
I still wasn't sure what to get Johan, but I decided to get the 3rd Eargon book and the Killers C.d. I got to see my niece and nephews that I haven't seen for awhil
e. They are growing up so fast. Tate is a little quiet, but has a lot of attitude. Kaiden cracks me up and his speech has improved a lot. (Now I can understand what he is saying.) The most change I saw was with Layne. She is sooo big. She was really shy to me, but eventually warmed up. It was cool to see Bridgette and Jimmy. I haven't seen them since the wedding in June. I didn't know I missed them so much until I saw them.

ad the christmas story from Luke. Mom got a picture book for the grandkids and decided to let us join in. Mom would flip the pages of the picture book as Dad read from the Bible.
Our tradition is to open one present before christmas and it is usually PJ's. That is what we got this year too! I love how some traditions never die!

I was a little sad that this christmas wasn't filled with screaming and excited children. It did have some perks: We got to go to bed later and woke up on Christmas later. Johan ended up getting me a sketch pad!! It was super nice, but not as nice as the colored pencils he gave with the sketch pad. They came from Germa

sounds like you had a good christmas. i like the pic of johan on the side w/ sleeping baby. he has a knack for getting babies to sleep, just remember that for the future. :)
